Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, VNFNutrition.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. VNFNutrition.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at VNFNutrition.com while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at VNFNutrition.com, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us prior to returning your purchase. No packages will be accepted for return without an RMA number on the outside of the package.

To apply for an RMA, please email us the following information:

• your name
• your e-mail address
• a phone number where you can be contacted during the day
• your invoice number and date of purchase
• the reason for the return

Upon our review of this information, we will issue an RMA number to you. We will credit your account or send a refund check to you upon inspection of the returned item(s).
