Lifestyle and Supplementation to promote healthy teeth and gums:
Cleansing fast or detoxifying cleanse of intestinal tract and colon recommended.
Eat primarily a diet of fresh and high fiber foods consisting of fruits, green, leafy vegetables, and whole grains to supply the "exercise" the teeth and gums require.
Chew sprig of parsley after a meal as a treatment for bad breath.
Reduce acidic citrus juices if you have weak teeth. No sweets or sodas.
Avoid sugar and all refined carbohydrates. Sugar causes plaque buildup and inhibits the ability of white blood cells to fight off bacteria.
Brush your teeth with Goldenseal powder everyday for at least one month. After one month, change toothpaste. Change toothbrushes once a month to keep disease in check. Store your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide when not in use. Don't forget to brush your tongue.
Floss teeth daily
Use natural mouthwashes of myrrh, peppermint, rosemary and sage.
